Pad Thai is probably the most famous Thai dish consisting of rice noodles, peanuts, shrimp, and tofu. With Lobo Pad Thai Paste you can easily prepare an authentic meal with a spicy, slightly sweet, nutty flavor. First fry the shrimp with tofu and then add scrambled eggs, noodles and the delicious Lobo Pad Thai Paste.

Ingredients
Sugar, Tamarind Paste (12%), Shallot, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Tomato Paste (9%), Garlic, Soy Bean Oil, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Chilli Oleoresin.
Cooking Instructions
1. Add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil to heated wok or pan. Stir-fry 100g each of tail-on peeled shrimps and cube yellow bean curd for 1 minute on high heat
2. Scramble 1 egg, stir for a while. Add 6 tablespoons of Pad Thai Paste together with 200g fresh rice noodles. If the dish looks too dry, sprinkle small amount of water. Stir-fry until done
3. Add 100g beansprouts and chives, cut into 2 inches length. Stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot. (If fresh noodles are not available, use dried noodles instead by soaking 120g dried noodles in hot water for 10 minutes and drain).
