The thermal alarmoutput, TOUT is active when the temperature of the device exceeds a user-definedtemperature TH. The output remains active until the temperature drops below userdefined temperature TL, allowing for any hysteresis necessary. User-definedtemperature settings are stored in non-volatile memory so parts may beprogrammed prior to insertion in a system.
