This MOSFET driver features single output with 6A peak drive currentcapability, low shoot through current, matched rise/fall times and propagationdelay times. The MCP1407 can easily charge and discharge 2500pF gate capacitancein 20ns and provides low enough impedances to ensure that intended state ofMOSFETs will not be affected even by large transients. The input to MCP1407 maybe driven directly from either TTL or CMOS (3V to 18V). This device is highlylatch up resistant under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings.This driver is will not get damage when up to 5V of noise spiking (of eitherpolarity) occurs on ground pin.
