Like all Nongshim instant noodles, Shin Black is very easy to prepare. The noodles are thick and chewy with large and flavourful chunks of vegetables. There are also real pieces of meat that rehydrate into large tasty chunks of meat. This adds a wonderful texture to the noodle dish. The most outstanding feature about this dish is its broth. Containing an extra seasoning sachet, made from ox bone seasoning that makes the broth creamier, meatier and more savory. I prepared the noodles as is, without adding any additional ingredients to the dish, but like all instant ramyuns, you are free to make it your own way.
