Appears custom made from a FAPLA/ Cuban grey lizard camo canvas shelter half/ poncho - possibly SA SF used for Psuedo Ops (?) or an actual freedom fighter/ terr piece?

Field-tailored using re-purposed materials - see leather thong at storm flap closure - good used condition - one small rip/ tear and some seams have been crudely seam-sealed with glue (?)
