Please note that warranty claims will only be considered if a factory fault is detected. To process a warranty claim, an installation invoice with the electrician's details is required.

Testing and Factory Malfunction Warranty: All pool lights are thoroughly tested before leaving the warehouse. A video with a time stamp is included with your purchase as proof of testing. Please be aware that pool lights carry only a factory malfunction warranty due to the installation process. The lights will undergo further testing upon return to the factory for a warranty claim.

Installation Invoice Requirement for Warranty Claim Processing: To initiate a warranty claim for the POOL LIGHT LED RETROFIT in Hawaiian Blue, it is essential to provide an installation invoice that includes the electrician's details. The invoice should contain the following information:
