This is an original handpainted RAF Squadron 10 wall plaque. It has not been cleaned. It shows the post-1953 queen's crown.
Squadron 10 was formed as a training squadron in 1915. It performed reconnaissance tasks during WW1. Disbanded in 1919 and reformed in 1928.
Motto: Rem acu tangere (to hit the mark).
