Currently this business operates as a side line for me (Ferdie, the owner), and Zayne (email correspondence and dispatch). The Income from this is either very low, a loss or just breaking even. Items sold are bought on credit card debt, and income paid back into the credit card, breaking even to gain experience in internet dealing, and investigating averages for possible future income.

Communication only via email is preferred and we may not be available via cellphone, since we both have permanent jobs. Even though we can not guarantee an overall professional service, we can guarantee that you'll receive your item in order, and absolute value for money. Most items have been bought in large quantities at wholesale prices, so we pass on the savings to you. Please be patient in communication with us.

Paying for diamonds, gemstones or jewellery over the internet does make you feel uneasy or makes your stress levels rise, because you don't know if you're waisting your money, or if you'll ever receive it, or if the items are real. Items sold on these auctions are authentic and real as the description describes. We believe in honesty, if you paid for something, you'll get what you paid for or a refund.

These are the rules we'll comply with:

We'll send items won or bought no later than two working days after payment reflect, or at most twice per week on payments spreaded 3 days apart. 90% of the time items will be sent the very next working day after payment reflects. The only proof of payment accepted is a reflection on the bank statement.
We'll check and reply on emails at regular intervals of no more than two working days apart. Tracking numbers will be sent the next morning after items were sent (mostly late afternoons).
Positive ratings may only be given on a weekly basis, or after successful payments. Please be considerate and fair when giving a rating, we are trying our best. Negative ratings given for unpaid items will be actioned with a negative rating reply.
