Communication is non-existent (would be nice if you could forward tracking numbers before we ask for it), stone is a bit dull and lifeless, no detail inside the packaging, didnt know what I received as this didnt look like the stone I thought I ordered

Not answering e-mails - and is taking very long to send items. On this item it said the rubies is 0.35 carat ea - believe me the stones is not even as big as a sugar crystal. I spoke to my juweler - and yes this is NOT 0.35ct each.
The size of these rubies are certainly much larger than a sugar crystal. If you can confirm it is not 0.35 ct, I'll gladly refund you. Our internet does go off from time to time for weeks... Responded 04 Mar 2008
AllTrader, I received the diamonds and all looks well. I have not yet had it checked out with my jeweller. I picked the parcel up from the Post Office on the 11/2/08 and yes you did send it on 11/01/08, it was just a pitty that you did not reply per sms as I requested. Hopefully this was just due to bad communication and that we could possibly do business again in the future.
