Settings: Notification for SOS (Button) | SOS (Pull Rope) | Tamper Alarm | Reminder SOS Alarm still not solved | Low Battery. Enable or Disable.
Sound Alarm (OFF, 1, 2, 3 Minutes) | SOS not solved reminder every 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes. These setting can only be changed when the device is in Settings mode. Long Press the Multifunction button for 9 seconds (3 Beeps) then release. You will now be able to change the Sound Alarm and SOS not solved reminder timing settings in the app.

To get to the battery compartment, a small Star screwdriver (Not included) is needed. Peel out the Black Tabs on the back corners (Stick the tabs on the back cover next to the screw holes) and open the 4 screws and pull back cover out. Put in Batteries. Put the cover back on while also keeping the Anti Tamper button Spring on. Put the 4 Screw back and Stick the 4 Black tabs back on top of the screw holes.
