RED CLOVER (Trifolium pratense):Phytoestrogenic isoflavones found in red clover have
been found to exert favourable effects on blood lipid profiles and are known to be more

SAGE LEAF (Salvia officinalis):Historically used to reduce hot flushes, studies confirm
sages anti-hydrotic (sweat reducing) properties.
LIFENOL HOPS (Humulus lupulus):Lifenol is a specific female hop cone extract,
standardised for prenylflavonoids, including 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN). 8-PN is recognised
for its potency and ability to reduce hot flushes.
FLAXSEED:Phytoestrogenic plant lignans found in flaxseeds have been shown to be
supportive in female health, revealing benefits in circulatory, digestive and endocrine function.
LIQUORICE (Glycyrrhiza glabra):Liquorice acts as a female hormonal tonic, modifying
oestrogen activity in the body. Additionally, liquorice proves supportive as an adrenal tonic
