SSA Supplements Slow-Release Casein Protein works by releasing amino acids more slowly than whey, and so people adding it to their stack often take it before bed in order to help them with their recovery and to reduce muscle breakdown while they sleep.
SSA Slow-Release Protein has been infused with GABA, an amino acid that is well renowned for greatly assisting in the quality of sleep and for the natural production of growth hormone in the body which will prevent muscle breakdown and assist with the production of new muscle.
SUGGESTED USE:
- Take 2 -4 rounded scoops with 200ml 400ml of water or milk and shake well.
- Consume 1-2 times a day. Can be taken before bedtime for maximum recovery.
