Deal closed on 3rd December 2005. Payment made on 5th December 2005.14th December and the product has still not been posted. Phoned Denton twice regarding status of postage or tracking number. Was promised info but today 14th Dec, Confirmed with your office and they have no knowledge of the sale. Very unprofessional. Poor service. Office believes that you may not even have stock.
