Product OverviewThe SN74LVC3G17DCTR is a Triple Schmitt-trigger Buffer, designed for 1.65 to5.5V VCC operation. The SN74LVC3G17DCTR contains three buffers and performs theBoolean function Y = A. The device functions as three independent buffers but,because of Schmitt action, it may have different input threshold levels forpositive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT-) signals. This device is fullyspecified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitrydisables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the devicewhen it is powered down. ESD protection exceeds JESD 22, 2000V human-body model(A114-A), 200V machine model (A115-A) and 1000V charged-device model (C101).Supports 5V VCC operationInputs accept voltages to 5.5VMaximum TPD of 5.4ns at 3.3VLow power consumption, 10µA maximum ICC±24mA Output drive at 3.3V
