Condition: Very Good (+) Light shelf wear and signs of handling (minor specs and light smudges, age-toning and light foxing) to the boards, but reasonably bright and clean; no scars or tears or chips. Very light edge-wear: very light rubbing only, not scuffed; corners bumped but not scuffed, very light rubbing only. Heel of spine bumped, but not scuffed; head of spine bumped, lightly rubbed but not chipped, with closed tears neatly fixed with glue. Previous owner name stamp on fore-edge and foot of text block. Previous owner name stamp on front free endpapers; a small dull spot where price was rubbed out; otherwise endpapers with maps clean and bright, both front and rear. Light foxing limited to outer edges of page margins of final couple of pages; otherwise the text block is bright, clean and crisp with no foxing, no inscriptions, no underlining or highlighting, no marginalia. The binding, although not like a new book is still tight (not tender, not starting), although it should be handled with care due to age; no loose signatures, no loose or missing pages, no tears.
