Late art-nouveau binding by Bayntun-Riviere in 3/4 red morocco over pink cloth, with 5 raised bands, gilt titles in compartments and floral vine designs finely tooled in gold to the spine.Striking marbled endpapers, all edges gilt. Prelims and terminal blanks foxed, light, scattered foxing throughout. Small tide marks to foot of spine and top edge of lower board. Lower board lightly marked.
