Requested and granted a grace period, as buyer was out of the country. No further response received and requests for compliance were ignored. SNC complete.
Transaction did not seem kosher; seller was pushing for money and was too keen to accept only 50% of bid price. Also shipment had to come from DBN and seller is in Polokwane. Responded 15 May 2007

really a difficult person to please - the sunglasses were not the eaxct ones as in the pic (she was given the newer model) i admit a mistake was made and asked her to return the sunglasses for a full refund. PLEASE RETURN THE SUNGLASSES AND YOU WILL BE GIVE A FULL REFUND!
I am sorry if you think I am a difficult person to please but you are not a very honest person and that makes it difficult to deal with you. Will the refund include the additional R 80.00 which I had to pay for postage?
