Thanx for refund, I appreciate it, although I did not ask for it. According to me, the ratings are there to make sellers aware of problem areas. I refer (again) to the questions asked(twice) and the answers to it, as well to the fact that Hazel did not respond to my calls or emails. If I have a negative rating because of this, so be it.
