Nov 2006? Around this time I had problems wrt my email account. Sorry about not replying, I probably never even saw your email. However, an automatic email gets send to you with auctions won with all details wrt payments etc. Why ask for payment if you commited to bid and won? I would've given you a reply if I received your email. Please revise your rating (and I'll do too) - unfair in this circumstance. I must submit a SNC to prevent BOB substracting commission.
