We had a bit of a hassle with my first treadmill and was a bit pensive about whether and how it was going to be sorted and despite the fact that the seller is in KZN and I am in the Western Cape, it was handled smoothly, efficiently and brilliantly. I also know that when my second treadmill is set up, I am going to love love love this item - I think it's one of the best purchases I ever made.
