Variegation notes: There is consistent variegation from the smallest of leaves to the newest one coming out. The second last leaf show the most variegation. The newest leaf that is still hardening off shows the consistent variegation on the left half of the leaf. 3 corms are evidents that are coming out there is also a new growth point coming out of the main stem.

Variegated Alocasia Frydek Care Guide
Light:
A Variegated Alocasia Frydek enjoys bright, indirect light is essential to maintain the variegation. A spot near an east- or west-facing window is ideal. Too little light will dull the variegation, while harsh direct sunlight can burn the leaves.
💧 Water:
Water when the top 34cm of soil has dried out. Alocasias prefer consistently moistbut not soggysoil. Reduce watering slightly in winter when growth slows, but never let the plant completely dry out.
🌡 Temperature & Humidity:
Keep temperatures between 1826°C. This plant thrives in high humidity, ideally above 60%. Use a humidifier or pebble tray, or group it with other plants to maintain moisture in the air. Dry environments can lead to brown edges or leaf drop.
🪴 Soil & Repotting:
For optimal drainage and healthy roots, you can use our premixed Aroid Mix, or you can create your own potting mix using Barks Unlimited Potting Soil combined with Perlite and Bark Chips. Repot only when rootboundthese plants don't mind being slightly snug.
