Victorian Silver Combination Case (Pencil, Toothpick, Button Hook) 

This charming, Victorian, sterling silver combination, chatelaine accessory features a small propelling pencil, a toothpick and a button hook, exposed by sliding down three small buttons. The case is finely engraved with lovely floral detail and is fitted with a suspension loop to attach to a chatelaine. Sadly, it appears the accessory is missing one small 'tool', otherwise it's in excellent condition and functions well. This scarce collectable piece would have originally been one of the numerous accessories a lady would attach to her chatelaine, which in turn would hang on her waist belt. There are no identifying hallmarks on this, but it has been confirmed sterling silver. It measures 4,5cm in length (7cm extended) x 1,5cm and weighs 18g.
