Vintage BSA Meteor Mk2 break barrel .177 air rifle. This old Birmingham, English made rifle would have been manufactured in c1962 (Birmingham Small Arms company). Regarded as one of the best air rifles, it is .177 caliber, and measures 104cm with a barrel length of 45cm. It has a Beech wood stock. It has a serial number under the breach NA24996 - indicates production between 1962-1966. The rifle is in good working condition - spring feels strong, but does have some paint loss on the barrel and some scuff marks on the stock. This can be expected as it would have been used quite extensively. Great buy for the collector.
