It is advisable to check that your power bank can output this high amperage as most power banks can only output up to 5V/2A. I would recommend to purchase a USB A to USB C adapter as well, if you are unsure. You can then plug the input side of the cable into a USB C port instead of a USB A port, as any USB C port will provide enough current to the cable.
