It does not mean that the machine frequency is not deviated and there is no need to change the temperature compensation. The temperature compensation is not used to correct the frequency deviation, but to ensure that the frequency of the machine is always the same under various temperature environments. Of course, many machines originally have frequency deviations replaced with this crystal. Installation method:

Turn off the power of the machine, open the top cover of the machine, and find the place where the temperature compensation crystal is installed. You need to unplug the crystal attached to the machine first, then align the pins and plug it in. After installation, you can start using it without any settings.
