Two books in one - two famous basic plans: XBX (12-minute-a-day plan for women) and 5BX (11-minute-a-day plan for men).

 

Staple-bound copy that is clean and unmarked, with very slight tanning of pages. There are two small holes in the top left corner of the cover (front and back) and a small, circular yellow sticker on the back of the cover.
