Book Condition: Ex-Library. Good.

Hardcover with Dust Jacket, 169 pp. with b/w plates.

Binding tight, text block complete. No loose or missing pages, no tears.

Boards are bright with only light edgewear to bottom edges. Small black ink spot and couple of brown markings on spine, Tape residue on the boards, front and back. Corners reasonably sharp and intact.

Light foxing and library stamp to edges of text block.

The usual tape residue, sticker ghosts, stamps and catalogue labels on pastedown and front free endpaper. Clearly stamped: 'Withdrawn'. Stains transferred to fly leaf. Library stamps and foxing on title page and copyright page. Sticker residue and yellowing to rear endpapers.

Occasional foxing throughout. Some quite heavy, and also on some of the plates

No inscriptions, no highlighting, no underlining, no marginalia or annotations.

Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Unclipped. No serious tears. Front cover otherwise reasonably bright, but marred by tape residue on front cover. Tape residue, foxing and browning on inside of cover. Rubbing along the hinges; Scuffing at the top and bottom edges at the hinges with tiny tears starting--similarly at head and heel of spine. Heavy crease across the jacket spine, lengthwise. Broad scuffing with a small tear across the lower end of spine where library catalogue label was removed. Foxing across back cover, heavily so on the back flap.
