Despite compromising on the price by doubling it since sthe person claims to be a student and sending the money plus postage, the person has remained silent.
I am now taking neccessary legal route to obtain my refund.

This user only did payment for the item on the 20th December 2002, by cheque which was not a payment option for the auction, therfore i had to await clearance on the cheque, and then wait for suppliers to open in the new year to get his item, and send it thru to him. This user just doesnt understand that some people go on holidays, and should understand that december/january time is holidays, therefore there might be delays and communication problems during this time. This man is hard to get hold of. He refused to deposit money into my bank account. So I then suggested to use Thirt escrow services and got thirt to email him details but he just never bothered to tell me he didnt want to go through with the deal anymore. Responded 01 Aug 2002
Still waiting for this seller to come to humane ways of dealing with persons. He does not understand easy excuses given to him. He has not even brought the item for viewing!!
