Service was good - timely delivery of requested information, and bought items. However the ad was misleading, in that it did not mention mandatory meal charges from the hotel / resort. I think that leaving this information out was deliberate. Is it possible to get a refund because of this?
This company is impossible to contact. They have an answering machine on their phone line. Non of their E-mails are replied to. I sent 4 E-mails after paying for the prize, without a single reply.
