No care taken with postage, thrown into a bag, needless to say it arrived broken. Box of the Mont Blanc pen not new, white portion yellowed and torn. Most disappointed as I cannot give it as a gift which was my intention. Hope seller will sort it out or refund.

Bought the Picasso on 1st October. Paid 2nd October R129 for express door to door delivery. Contacted supplier who promised swift delivery that did not happen. Was promised faithfully that it willbe delivered today, 9th. STILL NOT DELIVERED. I am not happy at all with the shoddy treatment considering the expensive delivery charges and goods that are not delivered. ACTION PLEASE
