As with one of the other buyers, I too ordered and paid about three weeks ago. I have been given a number of excuses and earlier this week was also promissed a personal delivery. To date, nothing has been delivered! Should the situation be corrected, I too will change my rating. As of 5 Dec, more promisses of refunds, etc. To date, nothing has happened to fix the problem.

The unit arrived timeously but was definately not new. There were multiple recordings on the hard drive indicating use over a while. The remote control has been used over such a long time that the labelling on the buttons have partially worn off and the back of the control is very scratched. There is just no way this is/was new or that it was even demo stock. I have also tried to communicate with the seller via email but have had no response.
Orignally I accepted the sellers explaination as to why my new watch was scratched but due to the same thing happening to other people, I am changing this rating to negative. This Sellers new items are definately not new!
The sale took place almost a month ago. I paid immediately after the sale closed but to date have not received my goods. Stock was not available at the time of the sale and promisses keep being made about delivery - none of which materialise. I also get no feedback from the seller. ::: 4 months later and still no contact. Taking legal action!
