Another case of Perkal going the extra mile and in turn shooting themselves in the foot. the reason for the slight delay was that you asked us to combine your 3 auctions togethr and as such there was a lsight delay where you asked us to confirm the total outstanding which was answerd within 48 hrs. your item was sent speedservices sir which is what you paid . Do your homework before responding to the negative feedback I gave you as there is an audit trail of what has taken place. I combined two auctions that closed on the 3rd and 4th August respectively and paid for them (at the same time as I paid for the so called mystery gift). Thisis a 4 * 30 binocular pair in case, with neck strap and very popular and well like by all, it is exaclty as described and was sent to you quickly. We kept in contact with you over email at every stage and was continually friendly and polite.. Buyers are not allowed to rate sellers before they have even paid?! Bidorbuy has made it clear that it is against bidorbuy terms to rate a seller b4 making payment and alowing a reasonable time (7 working days) for dispatch. To date you still have paid. Additiionally an SNC has been filed against you for non payment as to date you havent paid.

Hierdie item is op 12 Julie aangekoop, ek het gevra dat 2 items gekombineer word, via e-pos.Het eers 18 Julie verneem dat dit in orde sal wees.Betaling kon vroeër gemaak word,as jul my vroeêr inkennis gestel het.Julle het die betaling vertraag!Betaling is op 21 Julie gemaak en NIE op die datum wat julle sê nie. I dont understand the mentality that causes people to rate us badly before even contacting us to try ressolve whatever problem?! If you have a problem, pls email us and we will do all we can to help. rate us badly before even notifying us of a problem and we will ignore you until you realize that you are being ignored and remove your rating. Anyone who rates us negativly before trying to get in contact with us prior -I.E without giving us a reasonable opportunity to help- will not be assisted
Let me try to explain this "mentality" - you see it is clear - the device you are selling was litery falling apart the moment I opened the packaging! The battery that was inside started to leak acid and upon replacing it with the spare battery the unit failed to function properly! If you wish to have this rating (And the SNC) removed, please conclude this auction with us, WE have a contract of sale together and reserve the right to prosecute "Fake bidders"
