Hardcover published 1950 by A.C. White P.& P. The remnants of the jacket are worn, torn, marked and soiled. The boards are solid and square, with some patches of sunning to the head and foot of the spine. There is a pen gift inscription to the first end-paper. The inside front and rear boards and the pages opposite are foxed / spotted. Slight crack to the binding at page 13. The pages though generally aged, are otherwise clean and unmarked, except for a series of spots on pages 32 to 44. Illustrated with colour print reproductions and other sketches.
