It is formulated from a specifically treated micro-fraction form Calcium Caseinate with powerful anti-catabolic properties. Calcium Caseinate is a protein derived from the casein in milk, taking longer to break down as opposed to Whey (instantized form of protein) and other proteins. This makes Calcium Caseinate the ideal choice for before bed or when you are going to go for extended periods of time with little or no protein.
