Installation and Warranty Details:

All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician registered with the Department of Labour. A valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) specific to the backup or solar system installation is required. Compliance with SANS 10142 and ALL its parts is mandatory. Warranty claims may be rejected if not accompanied by installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of installation by a qualified professional.
