Product OverviewThe MC1489AN is a quadruple monolithic low-power Schottky Line Receiver designedto satisfy the requirements of the standard interface between data-terminalequipment and data-communication equipment as defined by TIA/EIA-232-F. Aseparate response-control (CONT) terminal is provided for each receiver. Aresistor or a resistor and bias-voltage source can be connected between thisterminal and ground to shift the input threshold levels.
